- Full product development lifecycle experience.
- Strong people management experience—able to lead, coach, and inspire engineers across multiple disciplines and both in-house and remotely.
- Proven experience in delivering complex electro-mechanical engineering projects and managing engineering budgets.
- A technical bias in electronic engineering or software engineering would be highly advantageous, although any electromechanical product background would be considered.

- Experience with project management tools.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to support international teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, or a related science discipline.
- 5 years of experience in R&D / New Product Development engineering leadership roles in an electro-mechanical product environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional, multi-regional engineering teams.
The role will be site based, 4 days a week (1 day working from home option). Full benefits package including 33 days holiday (25 days + 8 Bank Holidays), pension, company options scheme.
