  • Demonstrate strong electro-mechanical skills and the ability to interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and schematics.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity in all tasks.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in assembling and wiring electrical components.
  • Hands-on experience with soldering for both surface mount and thru-hole applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards in electro-mechanical assembly work.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality assemblies and components in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
