Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Technician to carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across commercial and industrial sites. This hybrid role combines field-based work with remote reporting and includes a mix of day and night shifts. You will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and certifying electrical systems to ensure compliance with current regulations.
Essential Qualifications (must hold one of the following):
Level 3 Installation/Maintenance Electrician Apprenticeship (C&G 5357 AM2S)
Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems (C&G 2357-13 AM2)
Level 3 Diploma in Electrotechnical Studies & Practice (Military Engineering) AM2 (DAO)
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering (C&G 2350)
Level 3 Electrotechnical Experienced Worker Qualification AM2E (C&G 2346)
Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Electrotechnical Services (C&G 2356, EAL 1604, C&G 2356-99, etc.)
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2 years\’ experience as a Qualified Supervisor (NICEIC or NAPIT)
Strong knowledge of BS7671 Wiring Regulations and Guidance Note 3 (GN3)
Proven ability to complete EICR testing and reporting in commercial/industrial settings
Proficient in using testing/reporting software and producing accurate documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible to work both day and night shifts
