Hours: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday, Flexible working with hybrid option.

Due to growth and further expansion, they are looking for a talented Electronics Engineer to work as part of their close-knit development team. You will have the ability to make a real difference to their products and be a key member of the team as they continue to develop. This role is key in supporting how the company develops and improves their products to enhance product performance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support R&D with new projects and maintain/improve existing designs, working with external electronic contract manufacturers.
  • Build initial prototypes and conduct ongoing testing and refining of designs.

To succeed in this varied role, you will have:

  • Several years of electronic design experience gained within the industry.
  • Exposure to digital and analogue design.
  • Ability to develop/debug embedded software on microcontrollers.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in electronic engineering or a related discipline.
  • Capability to troubleshoot and improve existing designs.
  • Design skills in schematic capturing and PCB layout.
  • A good understanding of working in partnership with manufacturing alongside development.
