We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to join our clients fast-paced manufacturing business. This versatile position requires someone who can oversee multiple operational areas while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional workplace standards.
Key Responsibilities for the Facilities Manager
- Maintenance Management: Oversee both reactive and preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with relevant regulations and legislation, implementing necessary updates to maintain compliance.
- Cost Management: Identify and implement cost efficiencies across facilities operations while developing effective loss prevention strategies.
