We are seeking a dynamic Head of Segment to lead commercial strategy and drive growth within our Digital Displays division. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape business direction, oversee sector performance, and champion transformational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Sector Managers to deliver strategic objectives
- Drive commercial growth through customer acquisition and market expansion
- Oversee segment financials, ensuring profitability and budget alignment
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business
- Promote operational efficiency and transformational integration
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership in the digital displays sector
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
- Experience in transformational change and go-to-market strategy

- Degree or equivalent in Leadership, Management, or relevant field
