This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electro-mechanical testing and calibration, who thrives in a fast-paced and quality-focused environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Test & Calibration Department, managing a small team of technicians, handling customer repairs and returns, and ensuring all products meet the highest standards through rigorous testing and documentation. Key Responsibilities of the Test Team Leader Lead, manage, and support the test team to meet departmental objectives and deadlines Perform and oversee functional testing and calibration of mechanical and electronic assemblies Manage and monitor customer repairs and returns through the internal ticketing system Collaborate with engineering, production, sales, and customer service teams to streamline operations Identify and resolve equipment issues and quality concerns promptly and efficiently Maintain and enforce safety standards and best practices within the test environment Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of all test results and processes Requirements for the Test Team Leader Minimum 3 years experience in a technical, testing, or engineering-related role Proven leadership or supervisory experience within an electro-mechanical or electronics testing environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and electronic schematics Proficiency with standard PC applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and internal ticketing systems Why Apply?
