Package & Benefits of the Maintenance Engineer: Competitive salary: up to £45k + 15% shift premium or £56k for permanent nights 28 days holiday + bank holidays 10% annual bonus 5.5% employer pension contribution (uncapped employee contribution) Private medical insurance with Bupa 4x death in service benefit Additional benefits including cycle-to-work scheme, flexible working hours, and monthly social activities Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer: Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance within a production environment Fault-finding and troubleshooting on PLCs and machinery Undertake reactive breakdown maintenance and preventative maintenance (PPM) Lead a small team, managing day-to-day operations and taking on key responsibilities in decision-making Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance tasks to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency Ideal Candidate for the Maintenance Engineer: Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or production setting Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Experience with PLCs and troubleshooting Previous team leadership experience would be a distinct advantage This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer who is looking to progress within a forward-thinking, rapidly expanding company.
