We are currently seeking a Junior Planner to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company located near Portchester area. In this role, you will support the Master Production Scheduler with daily and weekly reporting and planning activities to meet the production demand. You will be responsible for planning requirements for a defined set of customers and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and maintain plans to meet both business and customer requirements.
  • Maintain work order dates in line with agreed schedules.
  • Manage customer-specific supply and demand tools as required.
  • Advise the business of potential threats to the agreed plans with regard to capacity or availability of resources.
  • Generate and run daily/weekly reports to support the production plan.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to ensure timely arrival of materials for work order requirements.
  • Expedite critical issues within the company that may impact delivery dates or commitments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

  • Previous experience with MRP systems, BOMs, and planning methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of a CEM environment and knowledge of electronics production techniques.
