Senior Compliance Engineer
As a Senior Compliance Engineer, you will ensure all products meet global safety and regulatory standards. You will lead compliance processes, stay up-to-date with regulations, and collaborate with design, development, and production teams to ensure all products are tested, certified, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Compliance and Testing team
- Stay current with international compliance regulations and standards
- Maintain and update product approvals and certifications
- Oversee external compliance testing (IEC 61010, EMC, IP, etc.)
- Ensure compliance throughout the design, prototype, and production phases
- Act as the primary contact for external inspections, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Conduct internal audits of compliance documents, processes, and systems
- Ensure all technical manuals and documentation are in line with relevant standards
Key Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of CE approval processes, particularly for electrical machinery
- Experience working with external testing agencies such as Eurofins, VDE, MET, UL, and others
- Familiarity with IEC standards, particularly electrical safety regulations
- Confidence in reading schematic diagrams and understanding electronic components
- Strong professional documentation and report-writing skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with PAT and Hi-pot (flash) testing
- Hands-on experience in designing and constructing electrical machines
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as RoHS, REACH, TSCA, and others
- A formal qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
