We are seeking skilled PCB Assemblers with high standards of PCB soldering skills to join our team. You will be part of a small group responsible for manufacturing complex products to IPC class level 3, contributing to a variety of industries including commercial, space, defence, transport, audio, motorsport, and instrumentation sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Soldering a wide range of PTH components to IPC or J-STD standards.
- Soldering to IPC class 2 & 3 and/or J-STD level.
- Manufacturing simple cable assemblies, small mechanical assemblies, and enclosures.
- Taking a proactive approach to quality management, including reporting to the quality manager.
- Utilizing our computer-based system for time booking and recording production notes.
- Using X-Ray inspection equipment.
- Operating and programming selective soldering and/or wave soldering machines.
