We are seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer with a strong background in analogue, digital and power supply design. You will play a key role in designing, simulating, and verifying a wide range of circuits for high-speed optical transceiver products used in cutting edge, optical switching networks for power efficient and performance optimised AI/ML applications. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to develop optimal solutions across the product architecture and physical design. Responsibilities: Hardware design of mixed signal circuits to control Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs). Perform circuit / layout simulations including signal / power integrity analysis. Develop and execute test plans for hardware validation, integration and verification. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware integration issues at the board and system levels. Documentation and change management of design, build and test specifications. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on hardware architecture decisions. Supplier / CEM engagement during hardware design, bring-up and production support. Hands on lab work including practical testing and product validation. Skills
