We’re a fast-growing tech startup with big ambitions - and we know that building an amazing culture starts with great people. We’re looking for a People Advisor to work closely with our Head of Talent, supporting all things people and culture as we continue to scale.

You’ll be hands‑on with the day-to-day activities - from onboarding and employee queries to engagement projects and policy development - helping to make sure our people feel supported, informed, and inspired.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Head of Talent in delivering HR initiatives and people projects.
  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries, offering guidance and support.
  • Help manage the employee lifecycle.
  • Assist with employee relations and maintaining HR compliance.
  • Keep people data accurate and help prepare reports and insights.
  • Contribute to engagement and wellbeing activities across the business.
  • Play a key role in HR projects that improve processes, systems, and the employee experience.

About you:

  • CIPD qualified or working towards it.
  • Experience in a generalist HR or People role, ideally in a growing business.
  • Proactive, approachable, and passionate about creating a great employee experience.
