About the Client
My client is a rapidly evolving and specialist pharmaceutical organisation, recognised as the gold standard in rare disease treatments. Over the last 18 months, they have significantly expanded their UK and Ireland medical affairs function, supporting a growing portfolio that currently includes a number of mature branded products, with several more launching by year-end. This is a lean, agile organisation where you will make a real impact, reporting to the UK Medical Director and collaborating closely with both local and global stakeholders.
The Opportunity
My client is seeking an ABPI-qualified Final Signatory to serve as the in-house expert for ABPI signatory and compliance activities across both the UK and Ireland. This standalone, high-responsibility role will report to the UK Medical Director and work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and a team of Medical Science Liaisons.

About You
- GPhC Registered Pharmacist OR UK registered physician (pharmacist preferred).
- ABPI-qualified Medical Signatory with at least 1–2 years’ dedicated signatory experience.
- Able to “hit the ground running” – the team is unable to provide extended training.
- Experience in rare disease, endocrinology, or oncology is desirable but not essential.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a small, fast-paced, and high-performing team.
- Motivated to independently own all aspects of compliance within an organisation known for mature, gold-standard products in the Rare disease area.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
- Business-critical role with high visibility and direct input into future growth.
- Competitive and flexible salary for outstanding candidates.
- Culture of agility, excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Opportunity to define and lead the in-house compliance process as the company expands.
