We are excited to be recruiting a full-time Senior Executive with at least two years\’ experience in Events and Partnerships; a position which offers excellent prospects within the Marketing team of our award-winning and fast-growing tour operator.
THE POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Executive to deliver our events and brand partnerships strategy. This is a pivotal role in elevating the brand through beautifully curated experiences and meaningful collaborations with like-minded partners. You’ll sit within the marketing team, working closely alongside our PR & Social Media Executive and reporting into the Head of PR and Social Media.
This is an exceptional opportunity to step into the world of luxury travel and take a lead role in shaping how our brand connects with the world. The role would suit someone who combines strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail and who thrives in building relationships and delivering standout experiences.
No two days will look the same, and occasional flexibility for evening events or travel is part of the role.
MAIN ROLES
Events
- Plan and execute high-end consumer-facing and trade events, from private dinners and in-store activations to immersive brand showcases
- Manage event logistics end-to-end, including venue sourcing, supplier management, guest list curation and post-event reporting
- Maintain and develop the brand’s calendar of key moments, ensuring timely and relevant event activity aligned with marketing goals
- Collaborate with travel consultants and product teams to identify event themes tied to destinations and new launches
- Oversee event budgets and deliver cost-effective but impactful results
Partnerships
- Identify and secure strategic brand partnerships across fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, media and culture
- Negotiate partnership terms and ensure mutual value is delivered through co-branded activity, shared audiences or exclusive client offers
- Act as the key relationship manager for all partners, nurturing long-term collaborations
- Spot new partnership opportunities through trend research, competitor monitoring and proactive outreach
- Co-ordinate input required from wider internal teams
- Deliver detailed reporting and ROI analysis to evaluate partnership performance
SPECIFICS
- Two or more years’ experience in events, partnerships or experiential marketing, ideally (but not essentially) within luxury travel, lifestyle, hospitality or fashion
- Proven ability to deliver high-end events from concept to completion
- Excellent organisational skills with a flair for detail and aesthetics
- Commercially savvy and confident negotiating with brand partners
- Strong interpersonal skills – you’ll be a connector and a collaborator
- A natural storyteller with an understanding of what makes a brand desirable
- Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable taking the initiative and working on projects yourself
- A passion for travel and a strong affinity for luxury brands
