The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
The successful applicant will have the following profile: Preferably time served in electrical / controls / mechanical apprenticeship, candidate with previous field service / engineering experience would be considered in the absence of an apprenticeship.
Fault finding, repair, installation and commissioning experience.
A full driving license, preferably clean.
Be self-motivated to work individually but adaptable to work as part of a team.
Happy to stay and work away on a regular basis.
Able to communicate in a clear, concise, logical manner both verbally and written.
Able to complete electronic service call sheets on a tablet / phone, these sheets need to be completed on every visit and contain lots of important details.
Ability to conduct site surveys and compile a detailed report.
Good customer service skills.
A positive attitude with the desire to develop and learn new skills.
The applicant must: Have a British Passport (in date) Have a good level of fitness due to the physical demands of the job and be able to complete and pass a safety critical medical that all employees are expected to complete.
Be able be face fitted for a half face P3 mask which requires candidate to be clean shaven.
Be prepared to work in all weathers daily.
Be able to pass security clearances....
