Design Engineer This company are a leading manufacturer of Motorsport Components in the UK.

As Design Engineer will be working alongside our Engineers, Production team and skilled fabrication department.

This role involves creating 3D CAD models, engineer drawings, and supporting builds and production for Automotive OEM s to top tier Motorsport teams and everyone in-between.

Collaboration with other departments and continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of this position.

The role is in a fast past environment with every day presenting new projects and challenges.

Key

Responsibilities: CAD oriented role with experience in Solid Works, Fusion 360, Inventor or similar CAD software required.

The ability to understand and create engineering drawings Minimum HNC in Mechanical Engineering or closely related subject.

HND or Degree preferred An interest in cars and/or motorsport advantageous Knowledge or understanding of CMM systems A logical thought process with strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and other departments.

Communication

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, numeracy and IT are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
