As our Head Housekeeper at Forss House Hotel, you'll lead a team that takes pride in creating spotless, welcoming bedrooms and public areas that make a lasting first impression on our guests. You'll organise daily room allocations, coach and support your team, carry out quality checks, manage linen and cleaning supplies, and work closely with Reception and Maintenance to ensure every room is guest-ready.
No two days are the same, but every day you'll help create an environment where guests feel comfortable, cared for and keen to return.
