About This Role As our Restaurant Manager, youll lead your team to deliver outstanding service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Youll oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure every service runs smoothly and to the highest standards.
Youll coach and support your team, manage rotas and costs, and look for ways to improve performance, and drive revenue ensuring guests leave with great memories and colleagues enjoy coming to work.
