As our Chef de Partie , at Forss House Hotel, youll take ownership of your section, preparing fresh, high-quality dishes and ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen to the highest standard.
Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, youll help maintain food safety, support junior chefs, manage stock on your section and keep service running smoothly.
Whether its a busy breakfast, lunch or evening service, youll take pride in delivering great food that keeps guests coming back.
There's also a quieter but equally important part of the role: helping to bring on the Commis Chefs and others in the team.
Sharing what you know, with patience and good humour, is something we value as much as technical ability.
