About This Role We're at an exciting point in our journey at Lewtrenchard Manor.

Following a significant restoration of this beautiful Jacobean manor house on the edge of Dartmoor, our restaurant Origin is finding its feet and we're looking for a Sous Chef who wants to be part of something that's genuinely growing and improving over time.

This isn't a kitchen that's already arrived.

It's one that's on its way and we think that's a more interesting place to be.
