What youll be doing Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, including eggs and hot breakfast favourites. Setting up your section and keeping service running smoothly. Working closely with the front-of-house team to meet guests requests and dietary requirements. Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation. Supporting preparation for later services, rotating stock and reducing waste. What were looking for Good breakfast cookery skills and attention to detail. Confidence working independently and staying calm under pressure. A practical understanding of food hygiene and allergen procedures.
