About This Role As our Chef de Partie, youll play a key role in preparing and presenting consistently high-quality dishes across your section.
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, youll help deliver smooth service, maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards, and make sure every plate reflects the care our guests expect.
Youll take ownership of your section, keep mise en place organised and manage service calmly and efficiently.
Youll also support less-experienced colleagues, help reduce waste and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen.
