Job Description

  • Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage month-end close processes, prepare GAAP financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), and maintain general ledger integrity across a global management company structure
  • Cash & Treasury Operations: Process daily cash activity, complete reconciliations, record treasury journal entries, and distribute internal reporting
  • Revenue & Fixed Asset Oversight: Support management fee calculations, review related agreements, and manage fixed asset schedules
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise regularly with global Tax, Legal, Payroll, Fund Administration, and FP&A teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data
  • Audit & Reporting: Assist with annual audit, prepare reporting packages, note disclosures, and various ad hoc analyses for internal stakeholders
  • Process Improvement & ERP Initiatives: Contribute to the rollout and refinement of a Tier 1 ERP system; continuously evaluate and enhance internal accounting processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally from financial services within public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm)
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and core financial reporting principles
  • High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Workday preferred) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
