This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team that sits at the intersection of finance and positive social/environmental change. Offering fantastic mentorship as a direct report to the Finance Director, you will oversee fund accounting, operations, valuations, and investor support across a growing portfolio, gaining broad exposure to both financial and strategic aspects of fund management.
Responsibilities:
- Fund Operations & Compliance: Oversee administrators, capital calls/distributions, fee and carry reviews, and reporting in line with partnership agreements.
- Valuation & Investor Support: Review portfolio company financials, assist with valuations, and partner with Investor Relations on presentations, LP inquiries, fundraising, and transactions.
- Process Improvement & Cross-Platform Exposure: Drive automation initiatives and support co-investments and special purpose entities.
- Culture & Mentorship: Contribute to an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and mission-driven environment with strong internal mobility and mentorship.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in public accounting, private equity, venture capital, fund administration, or related finance role (Big 4 preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus.
- Highly organized self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
