We are seeking an FP&A Senior to join an industry leading Medical Device Firm that is continuing its growth through new product offerings and acquisitions. This role offers a unique opportunity at Senior level to mentor/lead a rotational program associate at a corporate office prided in work-life balance.

Job Description

  • Headcount Planning: Support development of a headcount tool integrated with financial systems; collaborate across HR, ops, and finance to track and forecast workforce metrics
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in staffing budgets, standard cost setting (Materials & PPV), and quarterly forecasts aligned with business needs and financial targets
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare reports and insights on headcount and PPV trends; partner with procurement and business leads to analyze cost variances and drive efficiencies
  • Close & Ad Hoc Analysis: Contribute to month-end close, variance analysis, and special projects; identify automation opportunities in reporting processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics
  • 3+ years of FP&A or other relevant experience
  • Costing experience preferred (or headcount)
  • Metrics and reporting automation experience, leveraging tools Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
