Job Description:
- Lead technical accounting research, memos, and presentations on complex areas including investments, collaborations, and joint ventures.
- Support close activities, internal controls, and SEC reporting, including journal entries, reconciliations, footnotes, and disclosures.
- Partner across SOX, FP&A, and external auditors to ensure compliance, accurate forecasts, and timely audit responses.
- Champion process improvements and inclusive culture, driving efficiency and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, with expertise in acquisition accounting (ASC 805) and technical US GAAP knowledge.
- Proven ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools such as SAP, Hyperion, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus.
