Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customers’ needs and requirements to convert warm inbound leads into new clients
- Own a valuable portfolio of existing customers, focusing on building and strengthening relationships
- Pro-actively win new business opportunities from existing leads
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for your customers’ queries via phone and email
- Pursue sales targets and objectives for your assigned territory
- Learn fundamental sales skills and product knowledge in our Sales Hero Academy training
Personal Specification:
- Dutch speaker to native standard
- At least 6 months' experience in sales, business development or account management in a fast-paced sales environment with short sales cycles
- Hunter mindset, competitive and money-motivated
- Coachable and self-motivated to learn and develop your skills
- Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £28,000 (Depending on experience)

- On average, £10,000 - £12,000 on top of your basic salary in Year 1
