Location: Cambridge (Remote and 1 x per month in the Office)

Client Profile: Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an industry leader in the healthcare industry. This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis.

Key Purpose

The representative will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis to ensure a top-quality service for existing and new customers. You will be in charge of adding value to each customer who calls as well as having strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls from existing and new customers
  • Proactively dealing with all queries relating to the business
  • Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls
  • Managing email queries
  • A professional approach with the ability to build rapport with each customer
  • Demonstrating extensive knowledge on all product ranges
  • Facilitating calls from B2B and B2C

Personal Specification

The successful candidate for the position will have the following competences:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
  • Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Self-motivated, with a β€˜can do’ attitude
  • Attention to detail with high level of communication skills is essential
  • German Fluent speaker
  • Computer literacy
  • A passion to deliver the highest quality for our client’s customers

Different shifts available:

Shift 1 - 5 week rotation (Late Sat) - Β£26,575

Week 1: Monday to Friday. 07:00 – 15:15

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 07:30 – 15:45 and Saturday 11:45 –20:00

Week 3: Monday to Friday. 11:00 – 19:15

Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 08:00 – 16:15 and Saturday 09:45-18:00

Week 5: Monday to Friday. 11:45 – 20:00

Shift 2 - 5 week rotation (Standard) Β£26,500

Week 1: Monday to Friday. 07:00 – 15:15 UK Time

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 07:30 – 15:45 UK Time

Week 3: Monday to Friday. 11:00 – 19:15 UK Time
