Team Leader/BDM – Mobility and Accessibility Industry

Location: Remote

Salary: £60-80k (Negotiable) + Up to 20% Bonus + Company Car

Our client is a leading company in the Mobility/Accessibility industry and is seeking to employ a Team Leader/BDM to join the B2B Sales Team for the ROW. This is an active business development role to develop existing and new dealers, but also be a leader of 3 BDMs who already have dealers in ROW regions.

The role is reporting to the Commercial Director

Purpose of Position:

The objective is to grow in existing markets, the EU (excluding the UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, France and Holland) and develop business in Africa, Scandinavia, Balkans and Baltics, Middle East.

Requires frequent travel to attend client visits/Exhibitions etc, approximately two weeks per month.

Personal Specification:

• Team Leader/Management experience
• Experience in the Mobility and Accessibility Industry OR Elevator Industry OR Medical Equipment/Device Industry
• Must have expertise in dealer management and training
• Must be results-driven and customer-focused.
• Prepared to travel frequently, approximately two weeks per month.
• Fluent English, an additional language is advantageous but not essential
