Our client is a leading company in the Mobility/Accessibility industry and is seeking to employ a Part Qualified Accountant to support the Group Financial Controller in producing accurate, timely and meaningful financial information to support the business in driving forward. The role reports to the Group Financial Controller.
Duties:
- Assist in producing monthly management accounts and forecasts for Group legal entities.
- Support reconciliation of stock, COS, GRNI and WIP at month, quarter and year end.
- Support in producing P&L accounts for Group legal entities.
- Investigate any variances, providing commentary to support and resolution as appropriate.
- Produce reports and analyses to support business reviews and decision making, in a timely manner.
- Support reconciliation of divisional balance sheets, identifying and investigating any issues to resolution.
- Produce KPI reports and analysis of these measures to drive continuous business improvement.
Personal Specification:
- Studying towards an accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
- Two years practical experience in a finance role in a manufacturing environment.
