Primary Role
- Provide general pool service and service client advice to support the Service Team, Construction Director and the Projects Team.
- Assist with diagnostics and fault finding/resolution planning for pool systems.
- Advise on pool maintenance systems.
- Provide support to the construction director and construction team on new installations.
Daily Tasks
- Process client service queries and feedback.
- Manage engineer service queries and feedback.
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive list of service projects and checklist of items required on each project.
- Provide assistance/guidance as necessary to the Service Engineers.
- Liaison with construction and clients for new installation handovers.
- Maintain an up to date training programme for the Service Team.
- Maintain a list of frequent service issues for training and continuous improvement purposes.
Other duties as requested to support the Directors.
