Buying & Commercial Coordinator – Bespoke Construction (Luxury Pools)

We are now recruiting for a Buying & Commercial Coordinator to join our Projects & Construction team. This new role is critical to helping us elevate our build operations while maintaining our exacting standards and white-glove service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with key suppliers, tradespeople, and our internal delivery team.
- Source and procure specialist materials for bespoke pool projects.
- Support accurate cost planning, measurement, and take-offs from drawings.
- Track project budgets and support delivery within commercial targets.
- Help maintain clear and proactive communication across the team and with trusted contractors.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction procurement or buying, ideally in specialist/domestic high-end projects.
- A good working knowledge of building materials and reading construction drawings.
- An eye for detail, organisation, and clear communication.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
