We are seeking a Probate Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a long established law firm with a professional, modern, client-centred approach delivering exceptional service to their clients. The role focuses on all aspects of Probate work within a supportive Private Client team.
The Private Client team advises UK and international private individuals including multi-generational families, high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs and business professionals. Services include wills, powers of attorney, trusts and probate, estate planning and tax. The team has top rankings in Chambers High Net Worth Guide and Legal 500 directories.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of Probate work
Qualifications
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with solid experience in Probate matters (solely or primarily)
- Be organised, adaptable and accurate
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have effective time management skills
- Have excellent communication skills and willingness to go the extra mile
