The firm are looking for someone to join at Senior Associate level or equivalent, with genuine scope to progress to Partner for those who want to step into a larger role within the team. The work is broad, complex, and meaningful, with support from a well-structured department. A senior personal injury lawyer who enjoys managing high-quality work, values autonomy, and wants a firm where progression is realistic and not blocked by layers of hierarchy. Someone who wants to blend meaningful client care with complex, rewarding casework — in a supportive, well-led team.

What's on Offer:

  • Leadership that genuinely supports senior lawyers
  • Transparent and achievable pathway to Partner, aligned with the firm’s ongoing investment in its PI offering.
