A Senior Disputes Lawyer is sought by a long established Essex Law firm that has grown substantially over recent years. Several high profile hires, fantastic modern offices and a culture and ethos second to none, has seen this firm recognised as one of this region’s leading names.

The Disputes team provides a broad spectrum of legal advice ranging from small to large claims for individual clients to large corporate business’s on multi-million pound cases heard in the county and high court and court of appeal.
The team handle a broad range of landlord and tenant, contract, consumer, commercial and construction disputes, together with insolvency, contentious probate and professional negligence.
Due to early retirement they now wish to attract an additional member of the team to join with a view to heading the department in the not too distant future.
Ideally this person would need at least 3 years PQE and come from either a regional or London background and be looking to join a firm with clear prospects for advancement.
