A Residential Property Lawyer is required by a profitable and modern law firm that advises private and commercial clients regionally, nationally, and internationally. The firm is a collection of specialists who collaborate, bringing energy and vibrancy to the practice.

They offer an attractive proposition for a Solicitor/Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who wants to build their reputation quickly and from merit rather than as a cog in a machine. It is a hands-on role for a dynamic individual who will manage a mixed caseload of transactions from instruction through to completion, with long-term prospects within the firm. The successful candidate will work alongside two dynamic partners in a first-rate environment to develop and grow.

Our client has around 100 people and an annual turnover of £7m. They are Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a mixed caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Collaborate with a team of specialists and learn from two partners.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential property work.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and able to build reputation quickly.

Benefits and Remuneration:

Competitive salary plus a bonus scheme that pays between 10% and 20% of fees recovered over three times your salary.
