Delightful practice based along the West Sussex coast, due to increased instructions are now seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing team.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Applying for searches.
- Applying for a management information pack for leasehold properties.
- Dealing with post exchange work such as transfer deed, requisitions on title, redemption figure, mortgage deed, certificate of title, bankruptcy and Land Registry searches, apportionments on a sale, bill and financial statement.
- Dealing with post completion work including: SDLT return, Land Registry Application, certificates of compliance, notices of transfer and charge.
- Reporting registration to the client, refunding on account monies and closing the file.
- Communicating with clients and other third parties.
It is envisaged that you will have had prior experience within the residential property arena and be confident in handling your own files. This is an urgent position so all applications will be considered immediately.
