We are working with a Top 50 UK law firm, renowned for its rapid growth and client centric approach, to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer 1 years PQE + to join their expanding team on the fringes of East London.

The Role

You’ll join a thriving Residential Property team handling a broad range of conveyancing work, including:

  • Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
  • New Build transactions
  • Help to Buy & Shared Ownership schemes
  • Islamic Finance
  • Lease Extensions & Enfranchisement
  • Equity Release

You’ll be encouraged to build strong client relationships and take ownership of files, with plenty of support from senior lawyers and the wider property team.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1 years PQE + in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical skills and a confident, proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service
  • A collaborative mindset and ambition to grow within a high-performing team
