Origin Legal is seeking self-motivated salespeople to join a dynamic team that recruits lawyers both nationally and internationally. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are money-motivated and passionate about sales, to train and develop within the professional recruitment sector and work for one of the UK’s leading legal recruitment specialists, servicing some of the world’s largest law firms.
The successful candidates will need at least two years’ experience in recruitment or a sales-based role and have a strong desire to advance. Ideally, you will be well-educated, but more importantly, you will have drive, tenacity, and a hunger to succeed.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience, empowering you to learn and grow. You will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with clients
- Winning new business and developing your own client base
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
