This modern and extremely progressive top tier, Legal 500 law firm is looking for a Property Litigation Lawyer to join the team.

The Firm: Based in East London (on the district line), they have grown substantially over the last 10 years to a turnover of £11m and over 65 fee earners and are now a Top 200 UK Law firm with a strong business plan of a further 30% growth and development in the next five years. State of the art systems, first class management and a client base of quality rather than quantity are on offer to solicitors or legal executives wishing to be part of this exciting law firm.

The Role: You will work on a broad mix of high-quality work, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, right to manage claims, boundary disputes, and other contentious property matters. You will be advising a diverse client base, including landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents, and leaseholders, and will have the opportunity to run your own caseload with appropriate support and supervision.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Solid experience in leasehold enfranchisement and contentious property matters
  • Strong knowledge of the relevant legislation (Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, etc.)
  • Confident in handling files autonomously with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, advocacy, and negotiation skills
  • A client-focused, proactive, and commercially aware approach
