Our client a highly regarded practice based in Birmingham has an opportunity for an NQ Property Litigation Solicitor with a focus on Commercial Property Litigation.You will be a highly ambitious NQ-3 PQE LitigationSolicitor with experiencewithin a broad range of litigious matters. The caseload includes high and county court property litigation with some general commercial litigation. There will also be a limited amount of insolvency related property work.
The successful candidate will also have a track record of and interest in business development and marketing. Working as part of a team a key feature of the role is to help develop further the Litigation department\βs client and contact base
