This is a rare opportunity to transition into a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) role, where you’ll play a crucial part in keeping a highly regarded Corporate Team ahead of the curve. You’ll work alongside an existing PSL, supporting a team of over 60 corporate lawyers, including partners, who handle a wide range of high-value and complex transactions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and updating the team on key legal developments in corporate law
- Working with the Knowledge Management Team to implement innovative tools that enhance efficiency and client service
- Developing and maintaining internal knowledge resources, including precedent banks and best practice guides
- Delivering training programmes for fee earners at all levels, ensuring the team stays technically excellent
- Providing technical legal support to fee earners, assisting with research and complex queries
- Producing client briefings and thought leadership materials to enhance market presence
