We are looking for a motivated Paralegal to join a busy Private Client team in Kent. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Solicitors and Legal Executives, supporting a varied caseload and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of client matters.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing compliance documentation for review and sign-off by Solicitors or Legal Executives
- Supporting the progression of client matters, including drafting correspondence and statements
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and third parties via email, telephone and meetings
- Assisting with matter administration and financial management, including drafting invoices
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 months’ paralegal experience (essential)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
