Employment Solicitor – Associate or Senior Associate – (Hybrid) – Top Tier National Firm. The role sits within a Chambers Band 1 and Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked team, known for providing high-quality employment advice to an impressive client base including PLCs, SMEs and senior individuals.
Responsibilities
- This is a broad advisory and contentious employment law position, working closely with a market-recognised partner who leads the Oxford-based team.
- You’ll be advising both employers and senior employees on matters including:
- Disciplinary and grievance issues
- Discrimination and whistleblowing
- TUPE and restructuring
- Senior exits and executive advisory work
You’ll be joining a national team of over 40 employment specialists and contributing to a genuinely collaborative, people-focused culture. There’s also strong support for business development and progression, and you’ll be trusted with a high level of client contact from day one.
