The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the firm’s busy Residential Property team. You will assist on a wide range of transactions and gradually manage your own caseload, working under the guidance of experienced specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting on sales, purchases and re-mortgages
- Handling leasehold and freehold transactions
- Drafting contracts, transfer deeds and related documents
- Liaising with clients, agents, and lenders throughout
