We are seeking to appoint a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to provide comprehensive support to the Employment team across a wide range of matters. The successful candidate will assist with both contentious and non-contentious employment work and will work under the supervision of senior solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of general employment matters and Employment Tribunal (ET) cases.
- Liaising professionally with clients, opposing parties, and the Employment Tribunal.
- Supporting the preparation for hearings, conferences, and client meetings.
- Undertaking document and bundle preparation in accordance with procedural requirements.
- Conducting legal research and ensuring accurate maintenance of case files within the firm’s case management system.
- Drafting legal documentation, including settlement agreements, contracts of employment, and ET3 responses, under appropriate supervision.
This position offers structured supervision, high-quality training, and the opportunity to develop strong expertise in all aspects of employment law.
