In house - Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate – North West
We’re recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor to work predominantly on secondment with a major hospitality group operating 80+ stores and expanding rapidly across the region.
You’ll be employed by this regarded commercial law firm, supported by their Commercial Property team, and spend around 3/5 of your time in‑house with the client.
The exact split will be discussed with candidates.
The Work
- Lease renewals & Landlord/Tenant matters (tenant‑side)
- Commercial acquisitions & transactional due diligence
- Managing c.20 live matters plus additional special projects
- Modernising and migrating property schedules, deeds & documents
- Working closely with senior leadership and building trusted relationships
Role Profile
- Ideally 5+ PQE, but strong mid‑level candidates welcomed
- Suitable for Associate or Senior Associate level
- Solid commercial property experience, plus some conveyancing exposure
- Confident partnering directly with a fast‑growing, ambitious business
- Leadership potential with a pathway toward a future in‑house legal counsel role
