Modern and forward thinking, top 50 UK law firm with over 1000 people, including 125 Partners, wish to recruit a newly or recently qualified Corporate Lawyer.
You will form part of a nationally recognised and highly regarded Corporate team which includes over 45 corporate fee earners, and 16 partners, more than a dozen of whom are recommended in the latest Legal 500 rankings.
The work includes assisting the team to advise clients on acquisitions, mergers and disposals of companies and businesses, transactions for investors, and many international transactions.
The Corporate team plays a leading role in several firm-wide sector specialisms including Energy and Infrastructure, Healthcare, Motor and Food and Beverage.
