For a Construction lawyer, this is a real opportunity to shape a role around your strengths. There is an established practice already in place, handling high-profile disputes and transactions, with real scope for you to contribute to its continued growth, whether your focus is contentious, non-contentious or a mix of both.
You may bring experience advising on construction contracts (including JCT and NEC), knowledge of BSA regulation, or be more disputes-focused with experience in litigation and arbitration.
As a mid to senior level associate, a desire to run your own caseload, with support, is welcomed, as is an interest in business development and the chance to build a meaningful role in the team’s expansion, developing your own career alongside.
